BleetzApp CRM helps authorized team members manage client enquiries, assignments, projects, follow-up activity and reminders.

Information We Process

We process account information, client and enquiry details entered or received by the service, task records, assignments, comments, audit activity and reminder settings needed to operate the CRM.

Google Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, the application requests the limited scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.app.created. This permits the app to create and manage a dedicated secondary calendar and events made by this app. The CRM does not request access to your existing personal calendars.

Google Calendar data is used only for user-enabled task reminders, including creating, updating, repeating, muting and removing reminder events. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Retention And Security

Records are retained while required for operational, support, audit or legal purposes. We use reasonable measures to safeguard stored information, though no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices
